Ideas For Breakfast♥

Hi everyone It's Eve!

I will show you couple of ideas for breakfast, so, let's begin!^^

1. Oatmeal 

I like to eat oatmeals with fruits, nuts or berries, but you can add what you want :3

                                                            Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats
1/2 banana
Hot water
a little bit of salt
few dashes of cinnamon
coconut shreds
Nuts
fresh, dried or frozen berries

Put your oats in bowl, then pour Hot/Boiling water on them. Put a plate on bowl and let them sit for about 1min. Take off the plate and sprinke a little bit of salt, mix it very well. Peel of the banana, cut it how you want, put slices of banana, fruits or berries, sprinke some cinnamon and coconut shreds and there you got beautiful and delicious breakfast!

2.Smoothie

Ingredients:

cup of milk (almond, coconut..)
or if you don't like milk pour coconut water
1 or1/2 banana
fresh or frozen berries
(I put cherries and raspberries)
you can add some vanilla icecream
1-2 ice cubes
2 coconut milk ice cubes

Blend all ingredients in blender! Coconut milk adds heavenly delicious taste♥ Coconut water is healthy for your skin, and it refreshes!
